I saw a toiletry bag I liked online but figured I could make it myself so I drafted up a pattern and here’s what I’m calling “Darrell’s Dopp Kit”.
My husband, Darrell, travels often and needs a large enough toiletry bag to hold a full-size sunscreen and shave cream. I made him one in a solid navy, but for me I wanted something a bit more fun.
I’m going to be using this bag for a sewing retreat I have coming up. It’s roomy, yet small enough to not take up a lot of space because it’s squishy!
The exterior and lining fabrics are waterproof poly nylon – I am OBSESSED with this substrate. It’s all I’m buying lately.
