I wanted a lightweight larger crossbody for an international trip I have coming up – something I could easily carry a water bottle and extra layer in. I love wearing my small Kandou Crescent so this time I made the large size.

Since I wanted this as lightweight as possible, I used an olive cotton ripstop for the exterior with zero interfacing. The lining is quilting cotton and I did interface with Wawak’s ProFuse just so it wouldn’t stretch.

The other side of the lining has a stretchy divided slip pocket.

I changed the strap to be made of the exterior fabric with just a slide buckle. Also changed strap width to ¾” so I could use that cute wooden slider.

Extended exterior front pocket by 1 inch to accommodate my water bottle and added a ½” d-ring for a zipper lock.
